‘COLOURS OF CONSUMPTION’ / NRW FORUM ’01 DÜSSELDORF

DESCRIPTION		Presentation of artwork by the design group Bär + Knell, Bad Wimpfen/Germany, combining innovations of plastic recycling with interior design, in the prestigious exhibition venue of the Ehrenhof Museum. Light installation walls over 4 metres high, consisting of square multicoloured boxes made of recycled plastic front material, backlit, and - in contrast - 50 loosely positioned transparent sitting cushions filled with loose recycled plastic material. MAR Architects, together with MAR Exhibition Management GmbH were responsible for overall design coordination and all technical, logistical and constructive iissues.
