| DESCRIPTION | Exhibition on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the city partnership between Hamburg and Osaka about Haiga - a Japanese kind of painting that accompanies the worlds shortest lyrical form called Haiku, presenting this kind of art for the first time in Germany. MAR Architects were resposible for the overall design of the exhibition, including the positioning of the 45 Haiga paintings according to the 5 Japanese seasons together with the poems and translations an the creation of a suitable location for Japanese performances and ceremonials guided by artists from Japan. MAR Exhibition Management GmbH undertook the overall coordination of this small but complex exhibition. |
